Wesleyan Men meet on the fourth Thursday night of each month except for June, July, and August. We start at 6:00PM and usually end by 8:00 PM. All men are invited. We always have a great meal that is prepared by some of the men. Our meetings are very casual. We get together to eat and have fellowship with one another. Then we try to have a devotional time and prayer concerns. Then we discuss items of business such as people who may need help financially or repairs for their homes. We work on projects to keep the church buildings and grounds in good condition. We have two fund raisers each year to help out each widow in our church with their heating bills, plus help out people in our church, community or sometimes missions further away. The first Friday in May we have our annual BBQ fundraiser that involves the whole church. Our second fundraiser is the second Thursday in December which involves a turkey dinner that we prepare for the whole church and then an auction following the meal. We invite all men to come join us and be part of our efforts to help care for our widows, those in need in our church and community and share the love of Christ. It is a great way to help others, but also a great way to bond together as fellow believers and to make friends for a lifetime.
